All of our fudge is handmade in small batches, hand cut into 8 oz blocks, and individually packaged for optimal freshness and quality. Kept best at room temperature, this fudge is safe to ship and will likely be eaten in no time... but if you're not eating it right away, it freezes well too! Enjoy!
