Mount Mansfield Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup

This syrup from Mount Mansfield Maple is produced in limited runs once a year. Pure organic maple syrup is aged in used oak barrels from a local distillery, infusing it with a smoky bourbon flavor.

Initially, you experience the pleasant bite of bourbon on the nose with a hint of cloves, vanilla and caramel.  This is softened by the rich and silky sweet that only pure Vermont maple syrup can deliver.
