Handmade Butter and Cream Fudge

We make Stowe Mercantile Fudge here in the store, right at the fudge counter.  Made with sweet unsalted butter and cream, our fudge is smooth and creamy.  Each flavor starts with a base of chocolate or vanilla and then we add flavorings and a variety of nuts, candy, caramel or other ingredients to create each unique flavor.  All of our handmade fudge is made with the same equipment, bowls, tins and tools; therefore, all ingredients we use including but not limited to peanuts, tree nuts, milk, soy, eggs,wheat and artificial colorings and flavors are in contact with the equipment and in contact with the general area in which we produce our fudge.
