Pure Vermont Maple Syrup

Vermont's most notable product; Pure Vermont Maple Syrup!  The sweet maple goodness of syrup on pancakes, maple butter on toast or maple sugar candy are all just a basic part of living in Vermont.  And Vermonters love to share this treasure with everyone who visits! 

Vermont Maple Syrup Grades:

Vermont Fancy is lightest in color with a delicate Maple Flavor it is typically made earliest in the season from the first sap runs. 

Grade A Medium Amber is a little darker in color with a bit more Maple Flavor.  

Grade A Dark Amber is darker still with a bold Maple Flavor to it.

Grade B is the darkest and strongest Maple Flavored of the grades.  This grade is often the last few boils of the season, made from sap gathered just prior to the buds coming out on the Maple Trees.
