Marc Sherman Photography

Marc Sherman, owner of Stowe Mercantile, is also a long time award winning photographer whose photographs are displayed and sold at Stowe Mercantile.  His images depict moments of everyday rural life here in Vermont.  From large landscapes of Mount Mansfield to a single potted geranium in a barn window, Marc's familiarity with light, landscape and the rhythm of everyday life makes his photography come to life. These images were all shot on film and then scanned to a digital format.  Marc knows that someday, he'll have to convert to digital equipment.   

 All photographs are matted in a mottled white with a grey liner, dark red toned wood frame with a slight black bead inside edge.
