Burgess Sugarhouse is a small family company just at the base of Mt. Mansfield in Underhill Vermont. Their syrup is boiled with a wood fueled evaporator, and they decorate their own glass bottles with a wide variety of designs. You'll want to keep this pretty glass leaf bottle even after the syrup is gone.
