This cheese is made for us by Sugarbush Farm (and the Luce Family) in Woodstock, VT. "This cheese has been carefully hand wrapped and waxed to preserve its delicious flavor. Please Refrigerate as soon as it reaches your home. To bring out the best flavor, remove the cheese from the refrigerator 2 hrs before serving. Slice through the outer wax wrapping and the cheese with a sharp knife. To preserve the cheese once it has been cut, keep the wax on the uncut portion and cover the cut end carefully with foil or plastic wrap. For best results, place the cheese in an airtight plastic bag." First Place Winner American Cheese Society National Judging.
